LAWYER SUES THE JUSTICES OF THE U.S. SUPREME COURT FOR FAILURE TO TAKE HIS CASE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-LAWYER MONTGOMERY BLAIR SIBLEY SUED THE JUSTICES OF THE U.S. SUPREME COURT when it does not rule in his favor or does not take up his case. His suits cause recusal problems for the Court, because the justices tend to recuse when they are named targets. Sibley's latest suit named all the justices he claims improperly refused to hear an earlier custody case, leaving only the Court's newest justice to rule on it.

It's about over for you leo. Your ex has been interviewed and testified and interviewed again, the law grabbed your brother long enough to squeeze him and burn you good. A chief judge of a Federal Circuit sent you tp the US Attorney.

The Grand Jury has been hearing testimony and you rant and rave about RICO suits and suing people forever.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
