The U.S Supreme Court reversed stating "In Loving v. Virginia, the held that laws banning interracial marriage violated the Equal Protection Clause both because they violated principles of racial equality and because they abridged a fundamental right to marry. Loving v. (versus) [Commonwealth of] Virginia, 388 U.S. 1 (1967), was a landmark civil rights case in which the United States Supreme Court by a [unanimous] 9-0 vote declared [on 1967-06-12] Virginia’s anti-miscegenation statute, the “Racial Integrity Act of 1924“, unconstitutional, thereby overturning Pace v. Alabama (1883) and ending all race-based legal restrictions on marriage in the United States.
Since the U.S. Supreme Court decision, legalized interracial marriage everywhere in the U.S. Those marriages have increased over 1000%. Just as homosexual marriages have been increasing acceptable, miscegenation, homosexuality, pedophilia, necrophilia and transgender ism are all on the up rise. According to Harold Goldenshalf Professor of Divinity at Harvard, “The high court got it wrong in Loving v. Virginia, Couples who engage in miscegenation, have children of mixed races, the offspring are not fully accepted by either race and interracial marriage is thus the most selfish act that two mixed race couple can perform. It dooms their children to a life of discrimination and not acceptance by either race.” By Leo Stoller View this Author's Spotlight
