WORLD TO END NEXT WEEK!
FLORIDA-AEAE-EVERYONE WAS AWARE OR SHOULD BEEN AWARE THAT “The Sun’s surface erupted with a series of solar storms this week, sending a barrage of electrically charged particles crashing into the Earth’s magnetic field. So far, the solar blasts have caused only minor disruptions to terrestrial communications systems. But more solar eruptions are on the way over the next few days. The Sun is mid-way through an 11-year solar storm cycle that can have a major impact on human activities here on Earth - and in space. Solar storms can disrupt electric power grids, triggering black-outs and false alarms at power stations, as well as interfering with high frequency radio communications. Dr. Harold Goldenshalf a solar scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center who studies Sun storm activity, now predicts backed by an official alert issued Thursday by the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration [NOAA] that “by the end of next week the first waves of solar activity will reach the Earth causing electric grid failure, loss of communications with satellites, total disruption of air travel, causing the avionics to fail in all air craft, loss of cell phone, land telephone lines and a total crash of the Internet causing a world wide calamity of bible proportions which could end life as we know it on the planet in keeping with the prediction of the ancient Maya calendar.” Predictions: Mayan 2012 Calendar Date In Prophecy

Entrapment - inducing a person to commit an offense that the person would otherwise have been unlikely to commit.

So here's how it works. Entrapment is a defense. You will first be arrested soon if not already. You will be taken to jail. You will be arraigned. A judge will set a bond. If you can't pay the bond you will be held in jail until your trial, any where for three months to, a year generally in Cook County. You will be given a jury trial if you request. You been through the drill. If you found guilty you will be sentenced to up to a year in jail and given credit for the time you spent in jail. If you succeed in a successful Entrapment defense, you might be found not guilty. However, entrapment defenses seldom work especially in the type of case that you are being charged with. However, it is nice to know that you are thinking about your defense. But in this case the jury will see that you are as guilty as sin and you will do the well deserved time. It was just a matter of time until you got nailed. Remember what comes around goes around. Treat others as you would have them treat you and that is exactly what we are doing in this case. See you in court because that is the only place that we ever want to see you. Sweet dreams

No, you don't get it. The DA will never file on a case like this. In fact, the cops will never even present it to the DA. The cops and DA all hate you. They will not do shit for you. You are pathetic.

Law enforcement routinely receives cases that do not meet the minimum standard for prosecution. The case you manufactured is one such case.

In this case, you initiated contact with a person that is the subject or a protective order. The other party responded to your contact in a civilized manner. No threats were made. In cases such as this, there is no violation of the law. If not for your actions, there would have been no contact. The elements that would make this a criminal act simply do not exist.

As a result, no one is going to be arrested. Law enforcement routinely rejects cases like this. You are delusional if you think they will waste time on a case like this. No amount of legal maneuvering on your part will change this result.

This case is closed.

In my 48 years in the practice I have been surprised at what cases prosecutors take. There is always that one that wants to make a name for himself. Any way they are very interested in this case and they will let the jury decide the case. The case is not closed. The prosecutor speculated that the person charged in this case will probably take a plea and this case will never go to trial. You all know the drill. How many Innocent people take pleas every day to avoid prosecution.

You have not practiced law a day in your life as you are not a licensed attorney. The only thing you have practiced is fraud and deceit.

Regarding the case in question, this is not a case when a prosecutor makes a name for him self. No prosecutor would go forward with a case like this. They would not waste their time on it. What you fail to understand is that everyone in the legal system hates you. No one is going to do your dirty work for you.

The only case you need to be concerned with is the one where you go on trial on April 23. THAT is a case where a prosecutor will want to make a name for themselves. They are going to hammer you and you having your son will not keep you out of prison. The only one you are fooling is yourself.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation

The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

“[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings. [Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
