HEBERT [email protected] APPEARED BEFORE A Maricopa County JUDGE AND MADE MISSTATEMENTS OF MATERIAL FACT AND LAW TO OBTAIN A FRAUDULENT ORDER OF POSSESSION for their client Bank of New York Mellon from a state court judge who had no jurisdiction to render any decision in the case, the Forcible Detainer Action having been transferred to Federal Court in Phoenix Arizona on September 7th, 2011 according to pleadings filed in Federal Court in Phoenix. Jerome Bergstrom and David G. Herbert have been charged with Civil Racketeering and Contempt in Phoenix Federal Court. Neither attorney would respond to the charges.
DISCLAIMER: Bergstrom and Herbert are considered innocent of all charges until proven guilty at trial. They of course deny the charges.
