LONDON-(AEAE)-TODAY RUPERT MURDOCK APOLOGIZED FOR THE NEWS OF THE WORLD HACKING THE CELL PHONE. In a news report Murdock accepted full responsibility.
A law suit against Murdock, individually and in his official capacity, as head of News Corporation is being filed. The court papers reveal that the damages sought equal to the value of Murdock's holdings in Fox News and the Wall Street Journal. When the media asked if control of Murdock's U.S. holdings was sought, a representative declined to respond.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
