In an appeal filed by Stoller the Ninth Circuit issued an order permiting Stoller's motion for reconsideration. Congrats....you won the right to pay the filing fees on a worthless appeal. How can one be a pauper while paying filing fees? How can one only have $555 dollars in income and pay $415 to file an appeal? I guess the US attorneys office will find out.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law.
