WASHINGTON-(AEAE)-THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION HAS SPARKED THE LARGEST INCREASE IN GUN SALES IN U.S. HISTORY. Citizens have been stocking up on fire arms ever since Obama got in office in 2008. There were 16.3 million FBI gun checks on citizens in 2011, 12.7 million in 2008 and 11.4 million in 2007. Since Obama got in office no one feels secure in their homes, walking down the street or in their schools or businesses. Obama's attacks on the second amendment, the right to own firm arms has driven the gun and ammo sales like never before. According to Sociologist Professor Harold Goldenshalf. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
