PETA SUES SEA WORLD TO FREE ORCA WHALES BEING HELD AS “SLAVES”

FLORIDA-(AEAE)-THE organization PEOPLE FOR THE ETHICAL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS HAS SUED SEA WORLD ALLEDGING A 13TH AMENDMENT VIOLATION, CLAIMING THAT SEA WORLD WAS HOLDING THE ORCA WHALES AS SLAVES AND THAT THEY MUST BE FREED. In a press conference held today Sea World's five Orca whales, Katina, Tilikum, Kasatka, Ulises and Corky asserted, through a translator, that they “were not being held captive against their will and that they were not slaves.”
The Peta lawsuit claims that Sea Worlds five Orca whales were being held against their will, were enslaved and were entitled to the protections under the 13th Amendment of the U.S Constitution, which bans slavery and involuntary servitude. The court had banned Peta's claim stating that Peta had “No Standing” in that they were not appointed guardian's for the Orca whales and that Peta must first seek a guardian ship petition in a Probate Court before their suit could be entertained. Corky, the most out spoken of the Orca whales, stated that he “did not want Peta to become his guardian and would oppose any guardianship petition.
Corky said, “I am being well feed and I like entertaining the customers at Sea World Shows. It is far more fun then roaming the ocean aimlessly.”

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
