CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A former MSNBC reporter will have a second crack at showing that she was defamed by network personnel through Internet postings saying that she had resigned and was unprofessional and uncooperative. The 2nd Circuit reversed a lower court's finding that Claudia DiFolco, an entertainment reporter, correspondent and anchor, repudiated her contract and could not pursue claims for defamation because two of the postings were true, and a third was merely opinion.
