CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) a not for profit association that advocates the strict enforcement of attorneys ethics is releasing a study on WHITE COLLAR CRIME in the AEAE continuing education for attorneys program. Some of the topics are Building a White Collar Criminal Law Practice, trying cases in the post Madoff period, trends in bank and security fraud and protecting the attorney-client priviledge and attorney work product.

Kids are only given "one" real "Dad" for Life. The irreversable proof is that they will "never" call any one else "Dad".
They will call any one else by their first "name", but they will "never" call that person "Dad", because they are not their Dad. Besides Eighteen year old adults never get "new" Dads. The cost of depriving a father of his off spring and them of their Dad, will be everthing they own or will ever own., for it will "never" end!

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
