CHICAGO-(AEAE)-GOVERNMENTAL OFFICALS AND BANK REPRESENTATIVES ARE WORKING ON A BROAD SETTLEMENT OF MOST STATE AND FEDERAL FORECLOSURES IN ORDER TO RELIEVE THE BANKS OF CLAIMS OF FRAUDULENT USE OF “ROBO-SINGING” in which bank employees unlawfully approved legal documents without proper authority. The government, attorney generals and bank officials are talking about the banks paying 18.5 billion to be relieved of any liability for their fraudulent foreclosure practices.
