CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IT LOOKS LIKE FILM DIRECTOR ROMAN POLANSKI WILL NOT HAVE TO FACE THE MUSIC FOR HAVING SEX IN 1977 with a 13 year old girl who looked like she was 21. That's right, after 10 months and house arrest, the Hollywood-polarizing, sentence-fleer is once again a free man, heading to jail, Roman Polanski isn't. The Swiss government rejected the U.S. Request to extradite Polanski. The swiss Justice Ministry said that it was bad for business to send Mr. Polanski back to the states. The Swiss have the reputation of protecting the identities of the parties who deposit money in their banks and the Swiss do not feel that a man who was charged 33 years ago with having sex with a young girl was a serious enough crime to warrant sending a famous movie director back to the states merely to make some prosecutor famous.
