Chicago-(AEAE) Seyfarth Shaw Partner Jordan P. Vick charged in an aiding and abetting Scheme to assist Seyfarth Shaw Clients Nissan Motor Company LTD, Carlos Ghosn, Roland Kreuger, Hiroto Saikawa, Nobao Araki avoid Service of Summons.
Kent Bowersock in house counsel for Nissan North America had agreed to accept service of process on behalf of all of the Nissan defendants in a DuPage County, Illinois lawsuit.

Now Seyfarth Shaw Partner Jordan P. Vick is charged in an attorney disbarment complaint with aiding and abetting her Nissan clients from service of a complaint.
Jordan P. Vick denies these charges.
Jordan P. Vick could not be reached for comment. A spokesperson for Sayfarth Shaw stated that it is their policy not to comment on pending litigation.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
