STOLLER CHARGES GORDON AND REES, ATTORNEY RYAN BROWN WITH DEFAMATION

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-STOLLER HAS CHARGED GORDON AND REES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS HAYNES RYAN, CHANCE COOPER AND RYAN BROWN WITH INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT. Thursday Illinois Cook County Associate Judge granted Haynes Ryan motion to strike Stoller's citations against Attorneys Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams, Alfred Goodman and Chance Cooper. Stoller appealed Judge Gillespie's decision on Friday. The case still remains against Gordon and Rees attorney Ryan Brown. Mr. Brown sent to Stoller a letter that is in his opinion per se defamatory claiming that Stoller is guilty of “Contempt” and a class four felony. It appears that you are the one who published the defamation. A letter sent by A to B containing derogatory statements abput B is not actionable under defamation law because there has been no "publication" by the author.

Don't waste your breath, Gino. Explaining things in a simple "A to B" format to Leo is still far too complex for his walnut-sized brain to comprehend. Leo has a compulsion to make himself look like a clown, and that is the only thing he does well. He will get laughed out of court-- as always-- and the fact will remain that another day passed is just another day closer to prison for the waste of life known as Leo the Loser.

With all due respect, clowning is an honorable profession performed by those serious about their work and striving to do so with dignity and integrity. The Association Against Defamation of Hardworking Klowns (AADHK) is not affiliated with Mr. Stoller in any way and does not endorse his clowning. Furthermore, the AADHK reminds everyone that unauthorized acts of amateur clowning can result in serious lifestyle and legal consequences. Such activity should only be performed after consulting a physician.

Correct. If you suffer an episode of clowning that lasts more than four hours, seek immediate medical attention. Be sure to consult your physician before engaging in clowning to ensure it does not pose a risk to your health.

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
