STOLLER FILES HIS PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI WITH THE U.S. SUPREME COURT

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE SEVENTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS ISSUED A UNCONSTITUTIONAL SANCTION AGAINST ON DECEMBER 4, 2009. Justice Stevens granted Stoller's Motion for an extension of time to file his Petition for Writ of Certiorari http://www.filefront.com/16243089/writofcertiorari___%20stollervseventhcircuit_____doc.pdfup and until May 3, 2010. Stoller argued that the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Dec. 4, 2009 decision violated his First, Fifth and Fourteen Amendment rights. If the High Court take his appeal, Stoller is confident that he will be able to reverse the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Stoller is an Appellate Expert who has been involved in over 400 appeals. Alrighty then. An appellate expert and legal expert, Leo? Really? You've been banned by the U.S. District Court for filing frivolous lawsuits. You've been banned by the 7th Circuit from further filings. The U.S, Supreme Court banned you from further filings for abusing its process. The Trademark Office flushed your applications because of your misconduct. You were in jail twice last year for contempt. The U.S. Attorney was directed to investigate you for perjury.

You have never prevailed on the merits in anything. Appellate expert? Legal ethics expert? Really? More like a pathological liar and serial fraud. 64-years-old, fat boy, and this is your life? C'mon, fat boy, even you can't be this delusional. You're not even a man. You're the functional equivalent of a second-grader stuck in a childish fantasy. Where did you get the money for the filing fee? Wasn't this whole thing about you lying on your pauper petitions? But now you have money enough for a filing fee for a frivolous petition to the court while you avoid paying child support. To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
