N.Y. AG Said to Be Investigating 8 Banks Over Securities
CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERAL LISA MADIGAN HAS SUED COUNTRY WIDE FINANCIAL NOW OWED BY BANK OF AMERICA AND WELLS FARGO BANK FOR DECEPTIVE LOAN PRACTICES. Stoller has filed Civil Rico Actions against both banks and their law firm of Bryan Cave LLP. Now the New York Attorney General is investigating 8 banks for wrong doing. The New York attorney general has launched an investigation into eight banks to determine whether they misled ratings agencies about mortgage securities, according to a person familiar with the investigation. Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is trying to figure out if banks provided the agencies with false information in order to get better ratings on the risky securities, said the individual, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation has not been made public. 2:30am trial prep over, see you in court in a few hours. Your present for the week end. I wouldn't want you to think that I wasn't thing of you every minute as I put my case together for presentation to the judge. O yea a court reporter will be there. After all we will need a "record" for the appeal.

Stoller should file a RICO complaint against the IRS for illegal actions, deceptive trade practices, and fraud.

No one in there right mind sues the people who own the courts, pay the judges and make the rules. Rule number "one" do not mess with those people. Every one else is "fair" game!
