Happy birthday to you too. You should get your present this Wednesday or Thursday by Certified Mail. My staff was kind enough to spend the entire Saturday, June 5, 2010 putting it together for you, your parents and all of your friends. I cannot think of anything that I would rather have done on June 5, 2010 than prepare your present for you, sweetie

Happy Dreams

Dang, Bull, you give new meaning to the old addage
'when you mess with a bull, somebody is going to get the horn.' Leo, you little piss ant, you're so stupid that you don't realize everyone welcomes your big mouth and bullshit filings. It just means that every day is another nail in your coffin, another day closer to you being eradicated once and for all. And when you are homeless and wandering around State Street, don't be one of those guys who runs up to stoplights with a newspaper offering to clean the windshield for a dollar. I don't want your filthy little girly-hands touching my $140,000 Benz.

Repo Man

Facts:
1. Sue a lawyer twice in five years, he or she is "uninsureable". But you knew that, right?
2. No respectable law firm will ever hire you or any other lawyer who is "uninsurable"! You knew that right?
3. The good News, Uninsurable lawyers can get still get employment defending clients in "traffic" court.
4. Bad news, the repo man is looking for your car
5. Suing lawyers has consequences, whether the sue has merit or not, is unimportant to his mal practice insurance carrier. That's a Fact that you were unaware of. But that's ok you still very young and not expected to know the finner points of having a lawyers skin pealed back. Some lawyers never learn, you may be one of them.
6. By the way you were sued for RICO on Monday, your malpractice insurance carrier does not cover attorneys who are sued for RICO,(100 million dollars) sorry about that. But you knew that, because you know everything, right?
7. O I forgot, no lawyer cares about being named as a defendant in a RICO, action
8 Everyone you know was also named so you will have a "lot" of company. The judge was given a copy of the complaint today.
9. Of course you have nothing to "worry" about, until you fill out your next application for malpractice insurance and they ask you to identify all of the suits that have been filed against you in the last five years.
10. You might as well just turn that expensive car back to the bank so the repo man does not have to take it from you along with your home, boat and whatever else you own.

Legal Malpractice Attorney
6/8/2010 02:01:33 am

I can assure you, Mr. Stoller, that any legal malpractice claims or bar complaints alleged by you are viewed the same way as your frivolous court filings-- nothing more than the sheer nonsense of someone who has attempted to make a living as a shakedown artist. As I understand it, you have never been an attorney, and therefore would not understand why it would be irresponsible to view someone like you any other way.

"Shakedown" artist? All of his opponents have the right to counsel, due process, equal protection. Come on, "Shakedown" artist! Isn't that a little extreme coming from an unemployed lawyer who wishes he could represent someone he is suing.
All of his opponents, attorneys, have made a very nice living.
None of them are complaining. They all want more business, especially in these very difficult economic times.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

[Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
