STUDY- RATS FRIENDLY THAN LAWYERS

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-RATS WHEN COMPARED TO LAWYERS WERE CONSIDERED FRIENDLIER. A University experiment to determine how much empathy rats have for each other compared to lawyers, came up with surprising results, which were just published. The university conducted study compared rats to attorneys. In the rat study, a rat was “restrained in a small cage that could be only opened from the outside. A second rat, seeing the dilemma of the trapped rat, immediately began tirelessly trying to find a way to free his fellow rat. Eventually, the second rat taught itself to open the cage door, freeing the restrained rat, leading to a triumphal celebration between the two rats. Even when faced with an alternative choice of chocolate chips, the rat would not be deterred from helping its fellow rat.” A similar study was conducted between lawyers who were partners in law firms. One lawyer was restrained in a small cage. His partner, seeing dilemma of his trapped partner, in every case, ignored his partner, opting to eat the chocolate chip cookies. The studies conclusion was that Rats have more empathy for each other than lawyers have for each other.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
