CHICAGO-(AEAE)-Supreme Court justices on Wednesday seemed reluctant to upset First Amendment precedents that protect even the most obnoxious speech from punishment,while expressing disdain for the virulent protests staged at military funerals by members of a Kansas church. That steak and lobster tasted real good tonight at the "Fat Cat" on Broadway in Chicago. I passed ( שוואַרץ ) a shvarts in front of the restrauant with a cup. My friend look at me an said, "there are a lot of easier ways to make "gelt" than standing on a street corner. That dinner tasted real good for someone who is unemployed! What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
