CHICAGO-(AEAE)-Supreme Court justices on Wednesday seemed reluctant to upset First Amendment precedents that protect even the most obnoxious speech from punishment, while expressing disdain for the virulent protests staged at military funerals by members of a Kansas church. Protests by members of the church -- who demonstrate at funerals and other events to promote their message that God is punishing America for its acceptance of homosexuality -- have triggered lawsuits and legislation in 43 states to restrict funeral protests. http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles/2010/10/08/patrick_torn_on_military_funeral_protests/

SIDEBAR-Yet bloggers can still be sent to jail for publishing speech on the Internet!

Hey, Fattie, you weren't jailed for "bloging" on the Internet. You were jailed in contempt for defying a court order. Quit whining about it already. Keep up the donation crap and all the other scheming and you'll have plenty of jail stints to whine about in the future. Get a job, Fat Ass. Quit embarrassing yourself. After 64-years of being a drain on society it's time to man up, you little pussy.

Sounds like someone was trying to spell the alphabet using their tongue.

Hey, Fattie, how are those contributions rolling in with the elections right around the corner?

What scam are you going to use that "Donate Now" button for after the election is over? Are you going to represent yourself as accepting donations on behalf of orphans in Sudan? Or how about soliciting donations for the loser-wannabe-lawyers old folks' home? Or maybe to protect the ice caps?

Go ahead, Fattie, give us a sneak preview so we can all dig into our wallets and use your website to contribute to your worthy causes. Get a job, you fucking degenerate.

That steak and lobster tasted real good tonight at the "Fat Cat" on Broadway in Chicago. I passed ( שוואַרץ ) a shvarts in front of the restrauant with a cup. My friend look at me an said, "there are a lot of easier ways to make "gelt" than standing on a street corner. That dinner tasted real good for someone who is unemployed! There are ways to get people to just throw "gelt" at you. Why you need a little gelt?

Yes, there are all kinds of ways to try and get people to throw "gelt" your way, Fat Ass-- so quit acting like a whiny bitch every time one of your scams blows up in your face and/or you go to jail. It's a good thing that there are judges out there who keep vermin like you from passing their lack of values onto their children.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

“[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings. [Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
