CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IT ALL STARTED DURING THE 2008 ELECTION. McCain was down and had to do something dramatic before the Republican Convention. He chose a no-named female, the governor of Alaska Sara Palin for his Vice President Running mate. McCain got an immediate boast in the polls. Sarah Palin looked like a fire cracker that could help McCain. However, McCain lost the election to Obama. Sarah Palin who was now famous quits the Alaska Governorship to prepare for a run for president in 2012, so we are told. Sarah Palin becomes a celebrity and make millions on a reality TV show and her speaking arrangements. On last Wednesday Palin announced that she would not run for president in 2012. Although, like Obama, Palin was frighteningly, unqualified for the job, she became a major disappointment to everyone who supported her, when she bailed out of running for President, considering the fact that the Presidency will go to any “generic” Republican and Palin could have won, had she just run.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law.
