U.S SUPREME COURT IS JUST A “SHOW COURT”

WASHINGTON.(AEAE)-THE U.S. WOULD LIKE THE WORLD TO BELIEVE THAT ITS CITIZENS HAVE THE MOST FAIR JUSTICE SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. This is what many part of the world perceive of the U.S. Justice System. With the Supreme Court taking central stage. When is fact the U.S. Supreme Court is totally the product of the politics of the time. As evidences by the time in 2000 that the high court ruled along party lines giving George Bush what amounted to the election, when his opponent Gore had won the popular vote. Further evidence that the high court is nothing but a show court. Which is confirmed by the fact that the Supreme accepts only .005% of the cases submitted . How can any court be considered a reliable arbitrator of disputes when that court only accepts 40 to 50 cases out of 10,000 to resolve each year. The court was established in 1779 when there were only 3 million people in the United States. Today we still have only one supreme court to resolve the disputes of over 300 million people. A hundred times more more people, more disputes and still only one final court to hand them all. Any court must be able to resolve at least 50% of the cases submitted submitted to it to be considered a viable arbitrator of disputes according to Law Professor Harold Goldenshalf. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
