CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IT IS OK FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE A UNPROVOKED ATTACK ON IRAQ AND KILL THOUSANDS OF CIVILIANS AND THEIR LEADERS. But when one of it soldiers, a volunteer who served three prior tours of duty in the war which his government created takes out 17 Afghans its ok to charge that soldier with murder. According to Political Science Professor Harold Goldenshalf. "On Friday Sgt Robert Bates was charged with 17 counts of premeditated murder for shorting 17 Afghanistan’s last Friday. For killing 17 Afghans that his commending officer did not point to and them Sgt Bates to kill, now Bates is staring at a possible death sentence for his volunteering to protect his country and risk his life. The message that the Army is sending to all possible recruits is that if you volunteer to serve and defend the country by killing the enemy and if you should kill the wrong people you better have a good lawyer or your going to get the death sentence. This message is so damaging that it reveals that the U.S cannot allow its army to win any wars since world war II. During that war no one told the soldiers that they needed a “lawyer”. Or arrested a mental of honoree for killing the wrong people. In Afghanistan they are all our enemies. Within the last 3 weeks Afghan Soldiers killed 8 Americans over the ridiculous burning of the Koran incident. If there ever was a book that should be burned it should be the Koran. Nonetheless, no new volunteer could ever feel safe about going to war again because if he kills the “wrong” enemy he stands to be charged like Sgt Bates was for murder.” By Leo Stoller View this Author's Spotlight

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
