Mr. Stoller, not only are you infringing upon the letter "E" trademark as noted in earlier comments, but you are infringing my exclusive rights to the "vexatious litigant" brand. It has come to my attention that a slew of courts have found you to be a "vexatious litigant." Your infringing vexatious litigant activities must stop immediately. Please confirm or else I will sue you.

Really, Leo, don't you know? Your brother Chris has been stewing in jail and is cutting a deal that will put you there too. You would do the same to Chris, and he knows it. What is it about the Stoller family? Are you just born into the prison life? Or do your mental and ethical deficiencies simply not allow you to process that a life of petty crime usually doesn't lead to good outcomes? After all, your low-life dad's bankruptcy and loser status should have been ample warning to you and Chris.

Leo, buddy, you need a whole team of psychiatrists just to figure out how you became a sociopathic liar. Maybe your brother was on your imaginary lake cruise having sex with your imaginary girlfriend during your imaginary awards banquet thrown by your imaginary AEAE. Jesus, Leo, start acting like a man for once in your life.

Tell all of the lawyers , since 1974, who have had to report to their insurance companies AEAE disciplinary complaints. Any new law firms that may want to hire these attorneys complainted of by AEAE and don't hire, because they were complained of by AEAE to their disciplinary commissions, tell all of the judicial selection committees that have rejected attorney applicants for judgeships because of AEAE professional misconduct complaints, that AEAE doesn't exist...see how far that gets you...the only person who believes that AEAE is imaginary is you. All of the state disciplinary commissions and many judges that hang AEAE awards on their walds every year think differently than you

Stoller, your derangement leads you to believe that your complaints have an effect on lawyers, insurance companies, disciplinary board, etc. In fact, no one gives a fuck what you say or do. Choke on your cockmeat sandwich and die.

AEAE maintains a public data base for "unqualified" lawyers. What's your lawyers name?

My attorney is the U.S. Attorney, motherfucker. And part of their job is to put the hammer on frauds like you, Leo. It might have taken them a little too long, but now they are up to speed--the Federal Courts referring you for a perjury prosecution is a nice start.

As for the AEAE, everyone knows it is just another one of your frauds-- and that you and the 'AEAE' are one and the same-- it is just Leo Stoller the Moron masturbating at a keyboard while fabricating mountains of lies upon lies.

Have fun living your life of destitude while waiting for the avalanche to swallow you up. Continue to make up your fantasies about being somebody, and even more comically, someone who is legit. And then have fun in prison, asshole.

Your whole life has been a waste, Leo, and you have nobody to blame but yourself.

You might just want to ask the former Durham County District Attorney, Prosecutor Mike Nifong, who was disbarred, if he has ever heard of
AEAE?

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation

The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

“[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings. [Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
