WHITNEY HOUSTON MURDERED

BEVERLY HILLS-(AEAE)-ON SATURDAY FAMOUS SINGER WHITNEY HOUSTON'S BODY WAS FOUND IN THE BEVERLY HILTON ON THE EVE OF THE GRAMMY AWARDS. An autopsy report revealed that there may have been foul play. There were obvious signs of head trauma on Houston's 48 year's old body. Toxicology reports indicated that Ms. Houston was loaded with the drugs that she was known to have been taking for years. According to reports their was a diary found which appear to be in Ms. Houston's hand writing stating that, “No one liked her music any more.” And that she had amazed large debts in order to maintain the life style that she was accustomed to living and could not ever pay the money back that she owed. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
