WISCONSIN ATTORNEYS DAVID P. MUTH AND WILLIAM N.FOSHAG ARE CHARGED WITH PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT

Chicago-(AEAE) WISCONSIN ATTORNEY DAVID P. MUTH with the law firm of Quarles Brady LLP and William N. Foshag have been charged with Professional Misconduct by a member of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) before the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regular. See attached Complaint and copies of an Opening Appeal Brief filed In the Wisconsin Court of Appeals that outlines the charges in detail.
Neither David P. Muth nor William N.Foshag could be reached for comment.
Legal Disclosure: David P. Muth and William N. Foshag charges are allegations and Mr. Muth and Mr. Foshag deny the charges and are considered innocent until proven guilty before a court of law.

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
