NEW APP FOR LAWYERS ALLOWS ATTORNEYS TO KNOW WHAT HIS OPPONENT WILL DO NEXT

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A LEADING APP DEVELOPED FOR MOBILE DEVICES THAT RUNS ON OPEN SOURCE ANDROID will allow attorneys in litigation to learn their opponents next move, view evidence and confidential attorney client communications according to Russell Stanford, the developer. The app will be available for trial to members of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) on a trial basis next week. Standford also said "the App will be useful to determine if employees are dishonest, spouses are cheating and learning that a boss is about to fire you. The App user will never be surprised again to learn that his wife is cheating and to know with whom even before it happens.

INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT CHARGES FILED AGAINST BANK OF AMERICA, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, BRYAN CAVE LLC AND MILES, BAUER BERGSTROM & WINTERS LLC

PHOENIX-(AEAE)-A NEW ROUND OF INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED TODAY AGAINST BANK OF AMERICA ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, OFFICERS AND THEIR LAW FIRMS OF BRIAN CAVE LLC AND MILES BAUER, BERGSTROM & WINTERS LLP (Respondents). According to court papers the allegations again, consist of the Respondents conspirating to defraud property owners out of their homes by engaging in mortgage foreclosure fraud, failing to notify land owners of "fixed" Trustee sales of their property without any prior lawful notice. Which is consistent with an FBI study finding that 80% of mortgage foreclosure fraud was driven by the banks. Of course the respondents deny the charges and  have been seen laughing their asses off.
 
It is impossible to believe that any mal practice attorney insurance carrier would possibly consider insuring the law firms of Miles, Bauer, Bergstrom & Winters LLP or the firm of Brian Cave LLC, Steven R. Smith or his bag man attorney Michael Werich, all of who have been sued a 1/2 dozed times with the last year and have numerous suits still pending and have been seen laughing their asses off.

Next Tuesday they will all be presented with the "Laughing my ass off Awards." The respondents do not take it serously when they are charged with defrauding home owners out of their property because they believe that the District Court Judges will not take it seriously either.

BP LAWYERS CLEANING UP BP LIABILITIES

  CHICAGO-(AEAE)-GOOD LAWYERS ARE WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. Everyone believes that BP is as guilty as sin over the Gulf Oil Spill last year. BP's lawyers have just saved BP millions. They got a  federal judge to grant BP's motion to stay Anadarko Petroleum's cross-claims in the multidistrict litigation over the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, ruling that BP could force Anadarko to honor an arbitration agreement. BP's attorneys also won dismissal of a slate of RICO claims against BP.

SIDEBAR:BP first cleaned up the oil spill. Now their lawyers are cleaning up BP's liabilities.

RUPERT MURDOCH HAS RUN OUT OF STEAM

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-(COMMENTARY)-RUPERT MURDOCK IS NO LONGER ABLE TO RUN HIS MEDIA EMPIRE. NOT because of the ludicrous " phone-hacking scandal", because in today's society no one has any expectation of privacy with email, social media or telephone conversations.  Notwithstanding the fact that the "phone-hacking scandal" is a non starter, Murdock has evidenced by his bad decision making in the last week that he is no longer capable of heading his media empire. Murdock made four very bad business decisions that will his sink his entire company.
First major error of judgment was to close the 150 year old NEW OF THE WORLD PAPER, firing 200 great employees who had nothing to do with the phone-hacking scandal.
Second major error of judgment was to accept the resignations of the Wall Stree Journal publisher, Les Hinton, who had worked for Murdock for 52 years and Rebekah Brooks the head of his British operations. There was no sound business reason to let his top people go.
Third air of judgment was to scuttle his ambitions to take control of a lucrative satellite TV Company, there was no sound business reason to do that either.
 Fourth and most damaging was for Murdock to go on national TV and to state "We are sorry for the serious wrongdoing that occurred ( he admitted wrongdoing). We are deeply sorry for the hurt suffered (he admitts damages here) by the individuals affected. We regret not acting faster to sort this out (admission of liability). Murdock's public damning admission of guilt has just given all of the parties who will sue him all of the evidence they need to have the courts issue large damage awards against him and his companies. It is hard to fathom how a man so brillaint can become so stupid in the end of his career. The only explanation is that senility has caught up with him in his old age. All of this could have been avoided with a good Public Relations Firm. CALIFORNIA-(AEAE)-A WOMAN DRUGED HER HUSBAND THAN CUT OFF  HIS PENIS. She than threw it into a garbage disposal machine, grinding it up. She was heard saying that her "Husband deserved it!" She appeared in court covering her face with her long dark hair.
Her husband is recovering in a hospital.

When questioned by the media as to how her husband felt without a penis, he said,"I forgive my wife and I have dropped all charges against her. "
"What are you going to do next?"

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A CONGRESSMAN MIKE ROGERS HAS A BILL BEFORE THE SENATE TO RETURN TO RETURN THE REMAINS OF 13 U.S. sailors who died in Libya during the Barbary War in Septembeer of 1804. The remains of these 13 American sailors has been located. The Navy has refused to retrive the bones of these dead sailors. So Rep. Mike rogers has introduced a bill before the congress to accomplish what the Navy is not willing to do without a law "ordering" the Navy to do it.

  WAHINGTON-DC-(AEAE) A HIGHLY PLACED GOVERNMENTAL OFFICIAL IN CHARGE OF CIBER SURVELLANCE PROGRAM, DISCOVERED that he also was on a more secret governmental cyber surveillance list. Can you believe that the Government has set up surveillance programs of individual social networking sites, blogs and web sites? Can you believe that the FBI, DEA, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, NSA etc all have cyber surveillance programs observing all web sites, social media and blogs. Can you believe that they all have large rooms with hundreds of computer screens trained to targeted web sites 24 hours a day.
One legal expert said, “governmental cyber snooping maybe a violation of a person's fourth amendment protection against unlawful search and seizure.”  But don't believe him.
The Top Governmental Surveillance Cyber czar said, I can't believe that the Government would have even targeted me, what do they think this is, 1984!” Government Spying on Americans

PHOENIX-ARIZONA (AEAE)-THE NOTICE PROVISIONS GOVERNING FORECLOSURE SALES IN ARIZONA WHICH ARE SET FORTH IN ars 33-808 AND 809. And under ARS Section 33-811(A) "a trustee's deed shall constitute conclusive evidence of the meeting of the statutory requirements regarding recording, mailing, publishing and posting of notice of sale and the conduct of the sale in favor of purchasers or encumbrances for value and without actual notice" violates the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
    What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm. 
    The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation 

    The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

    “[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings. [Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties.
