Les Zieve founding partner of the law firm of Zieve Brodnax & Steel LLP, a mortgage foreclosure mill which is run out of Arizona, California and other states

CHICAGO (AEAE) ARIZONA REALTOR DAVE CORBIDGE, STIX REALTY SIX, ATTORNEYS KIM R. LEPORE, JOSEPH J. TIRELLO JR., AND THE LAW FIRM OF ZIEVE BRODNAX & STEEL LLP WERE CHARGED IN A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED IN THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE BY A COMPLAINT alleging the unauthorized listing for sale of a Scottsdale Property 28437 N. 112th Way, Scottsdale, Arizona 85262-4725.
Arizona Realtor Dave Corbidge, Stix Realty Six was put on notice to remove the real estate listing for the Scotsdale Property 28437 N. 112th Way, Scottsdale, Arizona 85262-4725 and Dave Corbidge refused to remove the listing. The attached Criminal Complaint was then filed with the Arizona Attorney General's office by a Complainant.
David Corbidge refused to return phone calls. A representative from the law firm of Zieve Brodnax & Steel LLP said that they do not comment on Criminal complaints.

P.Graham Singer was not charged as of yet, in the Arizona Attorney General Complaint. Joseph Triello has been charged with Perjury before the Illinois Registration and Discipline Commission. Mr. Triello was not charged with perjury before the Arizona Attorney General attached complaint as of yet.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
