Yellowstone National Park became concerned when a out of town business man acquired 3000 acres directly across from Yellowstone park and opened Yello Stone Natural Park. The competitor brought in 3000 head of bison, bears, wolfs and a few ecosystems. Yellowstone claimed that it 146 year old trademark was confusingly similar to the new junior user Yello Stone. However however what saved the day for the defendant was the expert testimony of the greatest trademark expert witness in the world who testified that “although Yello Stone is the phonetic equilificant of Yellowstone, Yellowstone does have a W that distinguishes its mark form Yello Stone. In addition the trademark expert testify that after 146 years Yellowstone was “generic” for state parks and that therefore Yellowstone National Park could no longer claim its mark was an exclusive source identifier. The jury bought the Expert's testimony and granted judgment for Yello Stone and also fined the Yellowstone National Park sanctions fees and cost totaling $298.091.00. The Yellowstone park director said, “They completely ripped us off!”

For the first time in history Marriage Counselors are now being advised by the Governmental Marriage Institute (GMI) to discuss the marriage relationship with prospective parties and to define it so that parties planning marriages recognize it in "behavioral" terms. Realizing that Marriage is nothing more than a "behavoral rental agreement" between two parties. Women generally do not like sex. Women are taught to use sex to attract a mate. A Woman is really saying to a man, when he askes her to marry her, " I choose to give up doing what I would rather do, in order to behave in a sexual way for which you are willing to support me." According to the Governmental Marriage Institute, if a marriage in 2011 is to last for longer than a year, the man must provide a "job" description which describes the behaviors that the woman must do to meet the responsibility of the "behavior rental agreement" (the Marriage) prior to getting married. GMI states that the over 50% failure rate of first marriages, 64% failure rate of second marriages and over 76% marriage failure of third marriages is unsustainable and can be reduced if women clearly understand what they must do to meet the responsibility of the "behavior rental agreement" prior to saying "I do". The question is should he be sued in civil court for mal practice or should he get life in a Federal Prision for murder? It is unfortunate that four people died but the doctor did not intentionally kill anyone. Secondly it is impossible to determine affirmately if the perscriptions killed these people or if there were other cause. It does not seem fair or reasonable according to a law professior that a Doctor should be spending the rest of his life in jail for medical malpractice.
 CHICAGO-(AEAE)-MICROSOFT LOST A 300 MILLION DOLLAR PATENT LAWSUIT BEFORE THE U.S. SUPREME COURT YESTERDAY. Microsoft infringed a software patent but claimed the patent was invalid. The lawyers that beat Microsoft were worth there wait in gold, Microsoft's lawyers were not worth their weight in salt. Microsoft failed to have a proper expert witness to explain to the jury why they did not infringe their opponents patent. Simple, but costly error.
